She earned her first role playing Jenny Gardner in "All My Children." She has received numerous award nominations, even winning an Emmy for her role in "NYPD Blue." She has continued to star in both television and theater, as well as starring in films like "Rules of Engagement" and "Mission To Mars." She lives in Los Angeles, California.
